In our 1 to 1 work together you are going to end your dieting mentality and build a new relationship with food and with your body. You will make peace with food, let go of obsessions with it and be able to go to a party without feeling fear, guilt or shame.
I will create a personal, step by step programme catered to you that will address your specific concerns and challenges.
There are 2 programmes you can choose from:
1.Basic – 2 months 1-2-1 Programme
2. Advanced – 6 months 1-2-1 Programme
Each programme is designed and tailored to your individual needs and challenges. It is a journey of self discovery that will make you realise why you couldn’t lose weight before and how you can do it from now on. It is not a quick fix.
Together we will work on your diet, looking for healthy food that you enjoy eating, your body finds easy to digest and it is not too complicated for you to prepare. We will also go into a mind – body realm, looking for emotional aspects of who you are.
Learning how to relax and find time and space for you is an important part of this journey as well as finding and releasing your limiting beliefs about food and your body.
