Each programme is designed and tailored to your specific needs and challenges. It is a journey of self discovery that will make you realise why you haven’t been able to lose weight and keep it off before and how you can do it from now on. It is not a quick fix.

Together we will work on your diet, looking for healthy food that you enjoy eating, your body finds easy to digest and is not too complicated for you to prepare. We will also explore a mind – body realm, looking for emotional aspects of who you are.

Learning how to relax and find time and space for you is an important part of this journey as well as finding and releasing your limiting beliefs about food and your body.

Basic 2 months 1-2-1 Programme

Throughout the 6 week programme I will give you the knowledge, support and a step by step plan of action.

This will include:

1 x 60 minutes “Get to know you Session”
5 x 60 minutes Personalised Coaching Sessions

During the programme YOU are going to:

Transform your relationship with food
Develop new, healthy eating habits
Learn how to deal with emotional eating and overeating
Understand and reduce your cravings
Understand how your mind affects your weight
•Get a lot of new ideas and recipes
Develop an exercise plan that you will love

What you are NOT going to do:

•Count calories
•Be hungry
•Follow a strict eating plan

Advanced 6 Month 1-2-1 Programme

The 6 month programme will cover all the elements of the 6 week programme plus spending more time and exploring deeper into your personal challenges.

This will include:

1 x 90 minutes “Get to know you Session”
13 x 60 minutes  Personalised Coaching Session

In the first month we will have weekly sessions, then we will continue with 2 sessions per month. In the first 4 weeks our focus will be on your food.  We will establish a step by step programme to make changes to your old unhealthy habits and start building new ones. This will be a journey of self discovery where I will support and help you to overcome all obstacles and barriers that you might have.

On completion of this 6 months programme you will:

•Let your appetite find it’s natural balance, WITHOUT DIETING
•Discover what is sabotaging your weight and how to free yourself FOREVER
Leave your limiting beliefs and behaviours behind
•Think and behave as a naturally slim person
•Be confident around food
Learn to stop eating when you are full
