How do I use these techniques?
Each one could be used to heal any physical or mental issue and I use them depending on the client’s needs, age, preferences, knowledge and complaints. Over the years I worked on many different problems with many people but I have chosen to specialise in anxiety and weight issues.
There is no magic pill and I cannot promise that I can resolve your issues in a certain number of weeks – there is no one-size-fits-all solution for every problem.
My goal is to help you change your behaviour by transforming your thinking.
Working together we will communicate with your subconscious mind to overcome your challenges.
Research has shown that 95-99% of our behaviour is controlled by the subconscious mind which processes 20 million bits of information per second. This emphasises the importance of involving your subconscious mind in the process of whatever we wish to achieve.
Behavioural change is a journey and everyone will travel their path in a unique way. I am merely here to help, support, overcome barriers and give you the knowledge you need to do the work. For those who are willing to try something a little different, I can and have helped people reach their goals.
We will talk about food and healthy eating but this an approach that combines nutrition and psychology, it is not a diet and I am not going to tell you what to eat. Together, we can explore the best way to nourish your body and achieve your goals.
My passion for this work comes from my own issues with anxiety and weight (see my journey). Therefore I have immense empathy with anyone suffering in a similar way to me.
